The SteelMint Events team is here to help you throughout the registration process. We hope the Frequently Asked Questions below will help with most queries. If you can’t find the answer to your question, feel free to contact one of our team members to find out more.

What is included & not included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes the admission to the conference, a delegate kit, use of the SteelMint Mobile App, conference papers, photographs and food & beverage throughout the duration of the conference (refreshment breaks, lunch & dinner).

The accommodation and transportation are not included in the price of the conference. Possible plant visits are not included in the price of the conference. Field trips are based on a first come, first served pre-paid basis.

When can I get the access to the conference papers?

All papers will be available in the SteelMint Mobile App under the particular event listed, which will only be accessible to the registered delegates. We will also send a mail to you within 48 hours of the event, informing you where the conference papers are available. The mail will have a set of instructions explaining how to download the papers.

Speakers have the right to withhold any information previously presented at the event; any papers not currently on the website may not be uploaded at a later date as requested by the speaker.

How to get the updated delegate list?

The delegate list will be given as a hard copy in the delegate kit. The delegate list will also be available to the paid registrants, on our SteelMint Mobile App and will be constantly updated prior to the event.

Conference hotel fully booked

If the conference hotel is fully booked then alternative hotels will be updated in the website.

Cancelling a delegate

If you wish to cancel your registration and are unable to provide a replacement then please contact us. Cancellations received in writing 28 days prior to the event will qualify for a full refund of the registration fee less the administration fee. No refund will be given on cancellations received after 28 days prior to the event.

Delegate substitutions will be accepted. If no substitution is provided, a web link to download the speaker presentations will be forwarded to the registered email address after the event providing the delegate has paid.

Replacing a delegate

If you are registered to an event and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute a colleague to attend in your place at no extra cost. If you wish to do so please contact us.

Delegate registration confirmation and invoice

Delegates will receive confirmation and the invoice of their registration 3-4 working days after their registration form has been received.

Do you provide Visa Invitation letters?

SteelMint Events is not responsible in guaranteeing a delegate for their visa applications, albeit we do provide delegates with an invitation letter stating their participation after receiving the full payment. Please contact your event coordinator to request a visa invitation letter. You will receive this letter via email within 48 hours of receiving the required particulars.

It’s also recommended that you seek advice from your embassy.

What payment options do you accept?

Online: We accept online payments through credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal.

For assistance with bank transfers and cash payments, please contact your event coordinator who will make secure arrangements for your transaction.
